Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in this beautiful 85 m2 villa on a 400 m2 plot, built in 2002. The house can accommodate 4 people and leaves nothing to be desired. There are 2 bedrooms available. The master bedroom is furnished with a 180x200 cm double bed, ceiling fan, TV and an adjoining spacious shower room. The second bedroom, also with a ceiling fan, has two single beds 90 x 190 cm, which can be pushed together if required. Immediately next to it is a second shower room. Air conditioning is installed between the bedrooms in the living area. The open, fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living area. The living room leads into the conservatory with dining area and further into the garden. The conservatory can be almost completely opened through sliding glass doors. A 10 m long, illuminated pool and an outdoor shower warm/cold are available for cooling off. You can enjoy beautiful barbecue evenings in the BBQ area. Your car is parked safely and shady in a carport. The roller shutter is lockable. The upper floor is uninhabited and is not rented out. You are welcome to use the upper terrace.
